Near Moon

Pale, moonlit cyan for airy interfaces and soft contrast
About Near Moon
Near Moon looks like the moment a screen wakes up in a dim room. It's a light, airy teal-cyan that doesn't feel harsh or neon. Compared to Hammam Blue, it's more moonlit and diluted, with less warmth in the undertone and a softer read on grays. Compared to Cold Light of Day and Frozen Boubble, it backs off on intensity, so it doesn't slice through the UI like a pure cyan.
I use it for dashboards and finance apps when I need accents that stay calm over dark panels: subtle progress fills, focus rings, soft highlights on charts, and hover states that still feel "active" without screaming. It also works well in product photography overlays for lifestyle brands where you want a tech tint that doesn't fight the subject.
One quirk: on very light backgrounds it can look slightly washed out, so pair it with deeper blues or charcoal text to keep it anchored. If you're choosing between this and the brighter cyans nearby, go Near Moon when you want presence, not punch.
