Do passes auto-renew?
No. Both passes are one-time payments. The annual pass gives you a full year of Pro features. The lifetime pass gives you Pro for as long as InstantGradient exists.
What happens when my annual pass expires?
Your account returns to the Free tier. Pro features lock, but everything you saved or exported stays yours. You can buy another pass anytime to reactivate Pro.
What if I want to upgrade from Annual to Lifetime later?
You can. Buying Lifetime while your Annual is still active immediately converts your account to Lifetime. No proration math.
Can I extend an annual pass before it ends?
Yes. Buy another annual pass while one is still active and the durations stack. Ten days left plus a new annual pass gives you a year and ten days of Pro.
Do you offer refunds?
Passes are non-refundable once purchased. If something is wrong, reach out on X (@ugo_builds) and I'll make it right. Real human, no scripts.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA via Stripe Checkout. EU business customers can enter a valid VAT ID at checkout to apply reverse charge.
Can I use exports for commercial work?
Yes. Every gradient, palette, video, and code snippet you export is yours to use however you want: personal projects, client work, products, anything. No attribution required.
Why pay if the free tier does so much?
You don't have to — Free genuinely covers most people. A pass unlocks the power features (4K, video, code, API) and, honestly, it's what keeps a one-person project going. If it's useful to you, it's a real help.
