Lilac Spring looks like fresh laundry violet that stayed in the sun just long enough to pick up a soft sheen. Compared to Hokkaido Lavender's misty, violet-core calm, this one is brighter and airier, with less restraint in the midtone. It also reads more lilac than Dreamscape Purple, which leans more magenta and glows more assertively on a dark UI.

For me, it's the purple family pick when you need a light, friendly accent that still feels deliberate. I'd use it in creator dashboards, music and video editor panels, and editorial filter chips where the interface needs hierarchy without shouting. It's also my go-to for hover states and focus rings that should feel welcoming, not urgent, so it works like the one you reach for when lightness is doing the heavy lifting. Compared to Fuchsia Nebula, it's cooler and cleaner, so it won't drift toward that fleshier, fuchsia punch.

Pair it with soft creams and muted slate, or it can wash out next to very pale grays. If you put it next to more magenta purples, keep Lilac Spring as the background or support color, and let the other one own the active moment.
