About Lima
Lima reads like a fresh lime peel laid over a light screen. It's lighter than the leafier greens nearby, but it doesn't go milky or fogged the way Cucumber Milk does, and it stays more yellow-green than Mint to Be, which feels cooler and sharper.
Compared with Inchworm, Lima is a touch more punchy in saturation and more "lime-forward" in undertone, so it doesn't float off into soft, spring-leaf territory. I reach for it in packaging and product UI for citrus, skincare, and ingredient-forward brands where you want lift without shouting. It also holds up nicely in step-based web onboarding and nutrition or freshness status panels, especially in retail and food apps that need a green cue that feels playful, not clinical.
Pair it with deeper greens for structure or let it sit beside warm off-whites. If your typography is too close to near-white, give it a slightly darker text or border so Lima doesn't blur into the background.
