Heroic Red

Warmer, deeper red for firm, readable warnings
About Heroic Red
I keep spotting Heroic Red on product badges in my feed, and it always lands as a confident red without the orange heat shift of Dragon's Breath. It's cleaner and more balanced than Cartoon Violence, so it doesn't feel like it's trying to be fun before it's dangerous. Compared to Boulevardier, it's lighter and tighter in tone, with less of that dark, "designed" austerity.
In interfaces, this is the shade I use for primary actions and status labels that need to read immediately, like dashboards and finance apps, subscription paywalls, and bold "live" tags in sports and creator platforms. It also holds up on packaging and editorial covers where you want the punch of red, but with a little less swagger than Boulevardier.
Pair it with crisp neutrals or confident dark grays, and it stays authoritative. If you put it beside muddy oranges, it starts looking washed instead of heroic, and the whole hierarchy gets fuzzy.
