Hint of Pink
#f1e4e1
Paler than apricot neutrals, softly rosy-gray for UI space
About Hint of Pink
I keep seeing Hint of Pink in the margins of modern UIs, where the gray looks clean but never goes fully neutral. It has that faint blush presence that feels like light moving over paper, not like a deliberate tint. Compared to Fallen Petals, it's less committed to warmth and peach, more restrained and airy. And unlike Coconut Agony, it's clearly brighter with more color trace, so it doesn't read nearly-invisible.
This is my go-to soft gray with a pink undertone for editorial platforms, consumer health screens, and retail product pages where you want "calm" without looking cold. It sits behind body copy nicely, even when imagery has skin tones or warm fabrics. In typography-forward layouts, it gives you breathing room without slipping into the crystalline coolness of Diamonds in the Sky.
Pair it with charcoal or cool white text and it stays confident. Pair it with overly warm creams and it can start to look like it's trying harder than it needs to, so I'd keep the surrounding neutrals just slightly balanced.
