Veiled Rose
#f7cdc8
Muted blush-pink veil, softer and less apricot
About Veiled Rose
Veiled Rose looks like blush pigment that's been gently diffused, like makeup smudged on purpose rather than applied thick. Compared to Cloud Number Nine, it keeps less peach punch and dials down saturation so the rose tone reads calmer, not softer because it's weak. Versus Millennial Pink, it doesn't feel mid-tone and confident; it sits a step lighter and more muted, with a more powdery pink undertone than a daylight blush. And unlike Happy Piglets, it's not as airy or "skin" pale. It lands as a quieter, slightly veiled rose.
I use it in beauty and wellness interfaces where you want warmth, but you don't want the pink to tip coral or beige. It's strong for onboarding surfaces, skincare packaging mockups, and feature tiles in apparel or personal-care e-commerce when you need a pink that stays approachable without competing with product photography. It's also great on mobile panels where typography needs to stay crisp.
Pair it with clean off-whites or soft sand. If you bring in cooler grays, it can start to feel dusty fast, so keep the neighborhood warm.
