Neptune’s Dream
#003368
Denser ocean blue for hero sections, less midnight
About Neptune’s Dream
Neptune's Dream lands like a deep ocean glance you catch through office glass, rich and saturated but not trying to be the darkest thing in the palette. Compared to Lost in Space, it's less softened and more decisive, with a firmer edge. And unlike Beyond the Stars, it keeps a clear blue identity instead of collapsing into near-black.
It's the kind of blue I'd use for dashboards and finance apps where you want brand consistency without feeling heavy, especially in product headers, table headers, and primary link states over light UI. Versus Aegean Blue, it reads a bit less aggressive, closer to a calm, controlled current than a bold saturated punch. I reach for it when the UI needs to feel confident but still smooth.
One note: it holds up well on light backgrounds, but if you stack too many other dark blues nearby, it can start to look flat. Keep contrast with clean grays and let the blue do the talking.
