Woodland Grass

Walking past a trimmed patch of woodland at noon, you catch that wet, granular green under the leaves. Woodland Grass sits in that lane: deep enough to feel grounded, but not so murky it slides toward brown, and not so icy that it reads like a strict, cool industrial green.

Compared to British Racing Green, this one keeps its softness in the saturation. It's less "commanding signage" and more leaf-to-leaf density. Versus Deep Pond, it's less watery and denser, with a clearer green undertone that doesn't feel like you're looking through depth. It also feels more controlled than Melancholia, which leans into a blue-green restraint; Woodland Grass comes across a touch greener and calmer, like pigment that's been mixed and settled.

I use it for field reporting dashboards, parks and trails apps, and packaging accents for outdoors brands where you want authority without the hard stop of a racing-green. Pair it with off-whites or restrained charcoal so it stays true, not olive-leaning.
