About Swimmer
I think of Swimmer as the blue you notice on a wet sign or a pool ladder, where the water reflection makes the hue feel a touch lighter and less aggressive. It's a cool, mid-bright blue with sharper presence than the softer Forget-Me-Not, but it doesn't go as glassy or tightly controlled as Munsell Blue. Compared with Mermaid Dreams, it feels more straightforward and less teal-leaning, so it reads cleaner against UI whites.
For me, this is primary action blue for products that need momentum without looking stern. I've used it in healthcare dashboards, logistics platforms, and fintech flow screens where you want the selected state, key link, or confirmation step to pop while still staying calm on long pages.
Pair it with crisp neutrals and restrained grays; if you toss it next to warmer accents, it can start to look a bit louder than planned. Keep an eye on saturated photos too, since Swimmer will hold its ground.
