Pacific Pleasure
#167d97
Softer, muted teal-blue for relaxed calm sections
About Pacific Pleasure
I keep coming back to Pacific Pleasure when I want blue to feel "on the job" without turning into the heavier, darker blues. It reads as a mid-to-deeper aqua-leaning blue with a softer grip than the truer tones around it, so it doesn't clamp down on the layout.
Compared to Celestial and Ahoy! Blue, this one is less true-blue and less saturated, with a calmer undertone that stays friendly in motion and dense UI. Versus Bermuda, it's lighter and more teal-tinged, so it doesn't demand as much contrast breathing room. I reach for it in dashboards and finance apps, healthcare and SaaS screens where you want primary actions and data accents to land quickly but not feel stern. It's the one you reach for when you need "managed confidence" across charts, buttons, and status pills without the color getting too loud.
Pair it with cool grays and clean whites, but don't stack it next to very deep teals. You'll feel the difference right away in perceived weight.
