About Cruising

Cruising sits where teal and true blue finally stop arguing. It's brighter than but nowhere near as aggressive, there's lightness here that actually lets it breathe on screen instead of pressing down. The saturation is high enough to command attention without the temperature shift that makes cooler blues feel sterile or cold.

You'll use this in product dashboards, fintech platforms, and healthcare apps where you need a primary blue that feels alive but not wired. Active buttons, key metrics, navigation states, data highlights. It reads confident and modern without the edge Corfu brings or the softness leans into. There's warmth underneath, just enough to keep it from feeling clinical.

Watch the contrast on busy backgrounds, it's lighter than Corfu so it's more forgiving, but it still needs breathing room. Pair it with white and it sings. Mid-tone grays work too, but you'll need to test early. On cooler displays it stays true; on warmer ones it won't drift the way lighter teals do.
