Highlander

I keep Highlander in mind when a label or screen needs green that looks outdoors but doesn't feel muddy. It's a mid-depth evergreen with a calmer, slightly deeper bias than Ficus, and it stays cleaner than the Provence-dried softness of Herbes de Provence. Compared with Heavy Green, it doesn't sink into that shaded-bench heaviness. Instead, it reads more grounded and focused, like fresh cut foliage under gentle shade.

For packaging, I like it on ingredient and botanical product runs where you want premium weight without going as cool as Ficus or as herb-tinted as Herbes de Provence. In UI, it's a strong pick for content panels and section bars in dashboards and finance apps, especially when you need hierarchy that feels alive but not loud. I also use it for map legend blocks and field-ops status screens where the one you reach for should stay legible in mixed photography.

Pair it with warm creams or light tan, and watch against very cool grays; Highlander can look a little more formal than lush if the supporting neutrals get too icy.
