Traffic Green

Signal-green for traffic UI, cleaner and calmer
About Traffic Green
On a dark layout, Traffic Green reads like a calm lane line that still means business. It has that road-sign clarity, but it doesn't feel as acidic as Poisonous, and it doesn't carry the softer, leafy steadiness of Fertility Green. Compared to Neon Green, it's a touch less "laser-clean" and more grounded in a crisp, daytime kind of green.
I use it for live control room status and process automation HMIs where signals must stay obvious without slipping into hazard-mode red. It's also great for dashboards and finance-style operations panels that track routing, throughput, and approvals in dense grids, because it stays legible over long sessions. Where Poisonous can bully crowded UI tones, Traffic Green tends to behave more like a disciplined emphasis color, not a scolding one.
Quirk: on near-black backgrounds it can look a little neon-adjacent, so I like pairing it with deep green UI chrome or charcoal labels to keep the intent crisp, not frantic.
