Poisonous Dart
#77ff66
Dense, neon-leaning green for warning callouts
About Poisonous Dart
Poisonous Dart reads like fresh chartreuse gel ink on a label that's been left in bright light: unmistakably green, but with a sharper, more hazardous mood than Flora or Light Green. It's not as airy, and it doesn't soften into that springy middle. Compared to Loud Lime, it loses some of the fluorescent punch and instead feels more saturated and slightly more directional, like the "don't ignore this" color rather than a pure highlight.
I use it in dashboards and operations maps where "green" needs to feel urgent without turning into the lime-peel territory of Loud Lime. Think logistics exception states, inventory flags in food and personal care portals, and pharmacy-style mobile screens for "active issue" or "attention required" tags. It's the one you reach for when you want the status to land instantly, but you don't want it to look like a neon alert.
Pair it with deep charcoal or dark slate for text, and keep backgrounds either clean white or neutral cool grays. Next to very pale greens, it can feel even more aggressive, so give it contrast and space.
