Sunshone Plum
#886688
Warm plum-rose with moderate softness for UI depth
About Sunshone Plum
I keep running into Sunshone Plum when I'm looking at product screens at dusk. It has that dusty plum-pink look, but it's not as mauve-gray as Fruit of Passion and not as steady and cool as Muted Purple. What jumps out is how it stays a touch brighter and more saturated than Sakura Night, with a warmer, sunlit undertone instead of a muted, night-cooled haze.
For UI work, I use it for status pills, section highlights, and gentle emphasis states where you want something clearly pink without turning fuchsia. It's great for e-commerce review cards, creator analytics side panels, and skincare or lifestyle editorial callouts when the background is soft cream or warm off-white. Compared to Fruit of Passion, it feels more directional and less "ink-stained." Compared to Sakura Night, it reads more intentional than shy.
Quirk: on very high-contrast themes it can pull a little rosy. I usually anchor it with deeper plum text or a warm gray border so the highlight stays crisp.
