Camping Grounds
#b4c2a2
Cool muted green-gray for grounded, campsite calm
About Camping Grounds
Camping Grounds feels lived-in the moment you place it. It's got enough gray mixed into the green that it reads almost like a weathered outdoor fabric, not quite neutral, not quite committed, but completely at home in that middle ground. Where Beige and Sage leans warm and Bok Choy goes cool, this one sits flatter, more architectural. It doesn't try to convince you it's anything other than what it is.
Reach for this on editorial layouts, sustainability apps, and travel interfaces where you need a background that feels grounded without pulling attention. It holds type reliably, pairs with stone, wood, and muted earth tones the way a natural material should, and works just as well behind photography as it does as a container color. Unlike Animal Kingdom, which disappears into gray, Camping Grounds stays distinctly green, there's actual pigment in there. Unlike Beige and Sage, there's no warmth trying to soften the edges.
The detail: it's desaturated enough that it can feel slightly dusty against very bright accents or pure whites. But against charcoal, deep forest greens, or warm neutrals, it anchors immediately. This is the color that works harder than it looks.
