Romanov Mauve

Muted mauve rose for calm, midtone UI panels
About Romanov Mauve
Romanov Mauve looks like a softly-lit mauve label on a skincare bottle: not dusty, not candy, just confidently pink with a restrained purple tug. Compared with Heart Potion, it feels more structured and less "freshly hydrated." And unlike Berries Galore, it doesn't go deeper and more muted, it stays lighter with a cleaner presence.
In UI, I use Romanov Mauve when the highlight needs to read as a mauve-forward pink at a glance, especially in health and wellness apps, beauty subscription flows, and creator-media dashboards. It's great for progress chips, selected tabs, and section headers where you want warmth but not the soft syrupy lift you'd get from Heart Potion. Compared to Mauve Magic, it's not cooled into highlight-wash territory, it keeps more pink gravity, so cards feel anchored rather than airy.
Quirk: on very pale backgrounds it can look slightly pink-leaning, so I like pairing it with warm whites or light greys to keep the mauve intent intact.
