Paler, fresher chartreuse-green for light UI highlights

About June Bud

June Bud reads like the first soft flush of new growth seen through greenhouse glass. It's light and springy, but it doesn't tip into 's yellow cheer or 's pushy, warmed confidence. Compared to 's crisp green presence, June Bud feels more airy and mellow, with a steadier leaf-green undertone that stays calm.

I use it when the UI needs "fresh" without the warning. Think onboarding progress steps, recipe and agriculture monitoring panels, and wellness cards where you want a friendly highlight that won't feel urgent. It also holds up in lifestyle app thumbnails and retail promos when the rest of the layout stays neutral, letting the color do the organizing.

One quirk: because it's so light, it can wash out next to very pale backgrounds. Pair it with a mid-tone neutral or a deeper green so it keeps its leafy edge instead of fading into the page.
