Slightly deeper sandy beige for grounded warmth

About Soba

On my mockups, Soba looks like a pale, toasted oat crust under warm light. It's clearly golden and more sunlit than , but it doesn't carry that same caramel weight. Compared to Frappé's milky coolness, Soba stays distinctly warm, and versus 's dusty, fogged restraint, this one feels cleaner and less ashy.

I lean on it for background surfaces where you want softness without slipping into cream-gray territory. It holds up in ecommerce and retail product grids, packaging previews, and consumer apps where category pages need to feel light but grounded. It also works well behind form-heavy screens in hospitality and lifestyle brands, especially when you want the one you reach for to keep typography legible while still looking cozy.

Quirk: on very golden photography it can read slightly more beige than expected, so I'll pair it with cooler whites or muted taupes to keep the balance.
