Shy Young Salmon

Light peach-rose for softer Red highlights
About Shy Young Salmon
Shy Young Salmon reads like a muted daylight blush on the edge of peach, not a punchy pink and not the calmer ceramic glow of Grandma's Pink Tiles. Compared with Heart's Content, it holds a little more color and feels warmer, with less that gentle, almost airy wash. And next to Blush Kiss, it doesn't flatten into that near-pastel haze. It sits in the family as a soft salmon-leaning blush: light, but not whispery.
I use it when the UI needs the one you reach for between friendly and slightly warmer than "rose," especially in consumer health and beauty product interfaces. Think appointment booking tiles, skincare routine cards, and onboarding steps where you want selection and emphasis to feel welcoming without drifting cooler or turning powdery. It also works well for chips, tags, and subtle panel fills in telehealth or patient-portal experiences.
Quick tip: because it's more salmon than pink, it can look a bit gray next to very stark neutrals. Pair it with cream whites or a touch deeper text/stroke so it keeps its warmth.
