Halo
#e2c392
Muted beige-green halo for grounded, soft highlights
About Halo
Halo reminds me of a light, sandy custard glaze over pale green herbs, the warmth softened so it doesn't tip fully golden. It's noticeably lighter and less amber-forward than Golden Talisman, and it doesn't have Caramel Mousse's deeper, brownier pull. Compared to Honeyed Glow, Halo feels a bit more airy and green-leaning, with a gentler saturation that reads calmer behind content.
I reach for it on product detail pages and e-commerce category grids when you want separation without beige blur. It also works well in SaaS where you need that soft stage for cards, filters, and chart panels, especially when the surrounding UI leans greener. If your interface is very warm or your photos skew yellow, Halo stays controlled, but it still benefits from crisp sage text or a slightly cooler neutral border.
Pair it with darker olive or charcoal to keep hierarchy sharp; otherwise it can feel too "background" next to stronger ochres.
