About Tostada

Tostada looks like the moment a tortilla cools on the counter: toast-gold, slightly muted, and a little more tan than it is lemon. It feels warmer than pure white, but it doesn't get buttery like , and it doesn't carry that creamy brightness of .

Compared to , Tostada holds onto more saturation and a firmer roasted tone, so it reads less washed and more "set" on the UI. I like it as the one you reach for when you want a highlight that feels snackable and human in hospitality booking flows, restaurant and food delivery branding, and e-commerce product tiles where the surrounding whites are already doing their job.

One quirk: on very clean, cool backgrounds it can tip a touch flat, so I'd pair it with slightly richer browns or add contrast using darker golds instead of more pale creams.
