Buttery Croissant

Buttery light gold-green for gentle highlights
About Buttery Croissant
Buttery Croissant is the lightest thing in this corner of the family, but it's not trying to disappear. There's actual yellow underneath, it reads warm the instant you look at it, but the lightness keeps it from ever feeling dense or staged. It's closer to Couscous in restraint, except Couscous hedges its bets. This one commits.
You'll want this on SaaS dashboards, light editorial layouts, and food interfaces where you need a warm background that doesn't fight for attention. It pairs harder with charcoal than Butter Honey does, and it won't evaporate against off-white the way Bleached Sunflower will. The saturation is lower than Crème Brûlée, which reads almost golden by comparison, but that's exactly the point. You get warmth without the visual weight.
Against pure white it'll hold. Against forest green it sings. The one thing to watch: on screen it reads slightly cooler than you might expect from the hex, so if you're designing for print too, test it early.
