Silk Lining
#fcefe0
Warm off-white gray with subtle peach tint
About Silk Lining
Silk Lining looks like a freshly steamed off-white that's been kept very neutral. Compared to Delicate Seashell, it reads less peachy and less yellow-forward. It's also not the near-blank brightness of Award Winning White. This one sits a touch warmer and softer, like the gray-family version of a "silk" highlight instead of paper.
I reach for it in product UI backgrounds and dashboard surfaces where you want light without that crisp, clinical edge. It's great behind cards, empty states, and table chrome for wellness brands, e-commerce, and editorial commerce pages. Against mid-to-near grays it stays calm, so you get that clean separation without the warmth-turning-tension you can see with cooler palettes.
Quick note: pair it with brown-tinted grays or charcoal for best results. If you drop it next to very cool, blue-gray type, it can feel slightly muted rather than luminous.
