Frozen Salmon
#fea993
Pale, frosty salmon for airy orange accents
About Frozen Salmon
I keep seeing Frozen Salmon as that pale, milky orange that feels like it's been chilled and softened. It's light first, not loud. Compared to Discreet Orange, it's less peachy and more clearly orange, with a cooler, rosier cast that keeps it from drifting into the friendly glow. Next to Creamy Peach, it has more color presence and a slightly airier tone, so it reads fresher instead of gently muted. And unlike Candy, it never turns into the red-driven punch.
This is the orange I reach for when you need CTA clarity without heat. Think food packaging photography, beauty and wellness settings where buttons need to feel supportive, and e-commerce UI states like "in stock" or "low risk return" where you want orange signaling but not urgency. It also works well in editorial cards and ingredient callouts, especially over light backgrounds where a punchier orange would feel too close to warning.
Pair it with warm creams, soft pinks, and light taupes. Push too much into gray and it starts looking washed rather than crisp.
