Honeypot

Honeyed golden chartreuse for bold warm UI contrast
About Honeypot
I keep thinking of Honeypot as the golden stripe you notice on a menu board at mid-afternoon, not the bright flare. It's noticeably less luminous than Chickadee, but it still reads like sunshine. Compared with Chanterelle, it feels richer and more saturated, with the honey undertone coming forward instead of staying soft and weighted. Angry Pasta has warmth with sharper bite, and Honeypot stays smoother, more rounded in temperature.
I reach for it on e-commerce product pages and restaurant menus when you want a cheerful backdrop that doesn't feel like a warning label. It also holds up well in onboarding screens for consumer SaaS where you want optimism without maxing out brightness. Pair it with deep greens, charcoal, and clean whites for legibility in layouts that mix photos and UI elements.
One note from the comps: Honeypot can look a bit "sticky" next to cool grays or overly neutral creams, so test against your exact paper tone before you commit.
