Slice of Heaven
#0022ee
Soft violet-blue for calmer, deeper UI sections
About Slice of Heaven
Look at Slice of Heaven on a dark canvas and you'll notice it doesn't feel like the "big blue" neighbors. It sits in a much darker, cooler pocket, with a violet undertone that stays controlled instead of pushing all the way into Hyperlink Blue's purple haze or Bluebonnet's warm-leaning balance.
Compared to Blue Overdose, this one is less punchy and less confrontational. It has the authority of a midnight header without the heavy blue dominance. Compared to Bluebonnet, it's clearly deeper and cooler, so it won't pull your palette toward warmth. I use it for dark mode UI where you want data visualization elements to read confident, not loud, and for security dashboards and system monitoring screens where the selection and state colors need to feel deliberate. It's also great in audio and media timelines when you want a violet-tinged blue that supports motion accents without turning restless.
Pair it with soft cool grays and restraint. If you drop in warm highlights, it'll fight them and make the contrast feel harsh fast.
