Forest

Deep, cooler green for rugged data panels
About Forest
Forest looks like the first green you catch when you step into a shaded understory, but it stays noticeably cleaner than the deeper, inked greens. Compared with Deep Green, it feels less "heavy leaf" and less withdrawn. Against Duck Hunt and Donegal Green, the undertone reads more true and less dirt-leaning, with a steadier saturation that doesn't go muddy on white.
I use it when the UI needs clear, field-ready contrast without tipping into forest-black. It's great for dashboards and finance apps where key metrics, section headers, and status chips have to read as green, not as a dark neutral. Think operations portals, fleet and inventory consoles, and compliance workflows where badges and map overlays need to pop but still feel grounded. It also works well for admin tables that show priority, SLA progress, or risk states on light surfaces.
Pair it with warm off-whites or soft sand so it doesn't feel too cool in large blocks, and keep secondary text a shade lighter if you're layering multiple greens.
