About Intoxicate
Intoxicate reads like a fresh green with a punchy, almost citrus edge, but it doesn't go sign-glow bright the way Exit Light does. Compared to Fennel Fiesta, it holds onto more true green and less yellow sparkle, so it feels less paint-mixed and more deliberate. And next to Extra Life, it's a touch deeper and more saturated, less "game HUD" and more controlled energy.
I use it for places where the UI needs to feel active and confident without tipping into neon. Think patient portal status pills, pharmacy workflow confirmations, and operations maps where a single green has to stand out among alerts and gray sections. It also works well in logistics and compliance reporting, especially in data tables and filter chips where _the one you reach for_ needs to look consistent across long sessions. It's the shade I'd pick when the design calls for _clean, high-signal progress_ but you don't want the cooler signage vibe from _Exit Light_.
Pair it carefully with warm neutrals or muted blues. With very icy backgrounds it can feel a bit sharp and "charged" instead of friendly, so I'd soften the surrounding UI with charcoal or sand.
