Verdant Forest
#28615d
Slightly greener teal for cooler, fresher contrast
About Verdant Forest
I keep seeing Verdant Forest on dark UI mockups like a mossy canopy over a cool blue room. It's a richer, more green-tinged blue than Peacock Pride, so it doesn't read as ink-like or purely "blue first." And compared with Lacrosse, it feels less airy and less sea-teal in the midtones, with a deeper, sturdier presence.
In day-to-day layouts, this is the shade I reach for when I need blue family confidence but with a calmer, earthy undertone. It works well for healthcare portals and fintech workflows where you're styling section headers, data cards, and dense table UI and want emphasis that feels grounded, not clinical. I also use it for editorial product banners and settings screens where the design needs a little natural shade depth to separate layers.
Pair it with crisp whites or cool grays, and watch it beside the darker teals like Mosque if your neutrals are warm, since this one can lean more "forest" than "ink" in that mix.
