Kingfisher Daisy
#583580
Lighter, warmer purple than Lucid Dreams
About Kingfisher Daisy
I see Kingfisher Daisy as a lilac-purple that leans toward blue more than the others in this set, with a lighter, airier feel than Lucid Dreams and less bruise-deep than Drifting Violet. It doesn't read ink-soaked or night-heavy like Galactic Compass; it feels like the pigment is diluted just enough to stay crisp on-screen.
This is the purple I grab when I need the one you reach for kind of highlight that won't fight the layout. It's especially good for dashboards and finance apps when you want hover states, focus rings, and selected tabs to look clean, not drained into the background. In streaming and media products, it works for primary chips and progress accents where you want separation without tipping into magenta heat or mulberry density.
Quirk: place it next to very dark purples and it holds its composure, but beside cooler grays it can start to look a touch washed, so I usually anchor it with a slightly deeper companion.
