Grapest
#880066
Grapest is a saturated grape-magenta plum accent
About Grapest
Grapest is the pink you notice when everyone else is choosing berry or plum, but this one stays clearly pink and doesn't drift into purple-ink or bruise shadow. It's darker than a lot of pinks in the family, yet it feels more open and breathable than the pressed, low-saturation look of Bane of Royalty. Compared with Hello Darkness My Old Friend, it doesn't turn velvety and bruised, it keeps a firmer, magenta-leaning identity.
In UI, I use Grapest as a primary accent for dark mode where you want control without that fully serious, royalty-stripped vibe. It's a great fit for premium SaaS products like settings pages, plan cards, and highlighted form steps where labels need to read as pink first, not "almost purple." It also works well in high-end beauty interfaces for CTA states and error banners that should feel authoritative, not shadowy.
Quirk: on very light backgrounds it can look flat, so give it contrast with deep charcoals or warm near-blacks, and pair it with clean neutrals so it doesn't compete with nearby magentas.
