Morrel
#ac8f6c
Soft sunlit beige-gold for airy, cooler UI layers
About Morrel
Morrel reads like a sunlit tabletop after the morning glare fades: soft, toasted, and a touch dusty rather than syrupy. Compared to Caramel Gold, it doesn't chase that deeper glow or push toward richer tan. It also feels cleaner than Iced Coffee, which has that ashy, spent look.
In UI terms, Morrel sits in the sweet spot for card shells, section panels, and hero backdrops where you want warmth without turning the layout into a caramel stain. It's my pick for e-commerce category pages, subscription settings screens, and restaurant reservation flows that need to feel inviting but not heavy. Use it like the one you reach for when Chalet's softness feels too flat and Bakery Brown's cooler restraint feels like it's going to darken the whole interface.
Quirk: set it next to very creamy whites and it can look a bit more muted, so lean on slightly darker text or a warmer off-white for balance.
