Ethereal Mist

Ethereal Mist reads lighter and softer than Arctic Ice, but it's not trying to disappear the way Herring Silver does. There's a gentle lavender undertone underneath, not enough to feel purple, just enough to keep it from reading as pure, flat gray. It's the kind of color that sits comfortably without announcing itself.

Use it for secondary surfaces in dashboards, healthcare platforms, and design tools where you need a background that feels approachable without being warm. Card backgrounds, disabled states, input fields, the surfaces that shouldn't compete with your content but also shouldn't vanish. It's got enough substance to create hierarchy, but the softness keeps layouts from feeling clinical or cold.
