Jealous Jellyfish

Cool magenta jelly shade for sharper accents
About Jealous Jellyfish
Jealous Jellyfish reads like a tight, electric magenta that's been filtered through wet ink. It's warmer than Amora Purple in feel, but it never turns that shade's softened, thoughtful direction. And compared with Fandango, it's more buoyant and less velvety, like the highlight is sharper and the midtones hold more punch without going neon. The jealousy is in the contrast: a higher-energy saturation with a slightly deeper, richer lightness.
I use it as the one you reach for when you need a hot-pink action state that feels reactive, not restrained. In editing workflows it lands great on selected tracks, trim highlights, and recording indicators. In media and creator UI, it's strong for timeline markers and badge accents where you want the state to pop on dark panels. It also works well for chat focus rings and primary highlights when you want attitude without crossing into that cooler blueshift you'd notice in the colder cousins.
Quirk: on very light backgrounds it can feel too intense and a bit "sticky," so I pair it with deep teals, charcoals, or warm neutrals to keep it grounded.
