About Moutarde de Bénichon

I keep seeing Moutarde de Bénichon show up like a mustard smudge on a workbench tag, not quite bright enough to feel neon, but punchy enough to read instantly next to greens. Compared with Nugget, it has less mellow gold sheen and more saturated mustard presence. Versus Faint Gold, it's clearer and more forward, with less sun-bleached calm.

In UI, this is the shade I grab for work-order and inventory highlights where you need a confident golden-green signal without sliding toward the duller earth tone of Faint Gold. It also works in logistics and agronomy dashboards for status chips, field routing callouts, and chart accents that sit near green nav and stay legible against paper-light backgrounds. Next to End of Summer, it feels more mustard-red than dried sunflower, so it doesn't give you that late-day warmth blur.

Quirk: keep it away from the most yellow-green options in your palette. It'll look a touch louder and more assertive, so pair it with deeper olive anchors or quieter creams to keep the layout from tightening up.
