Himalayan Salt
#c07765
Lighter, rosy-orange neutral with airy, calm warmth
About Himalayan Salt
Himalayan Salt reads like a softened orange that got its sparkle sanded down. It sits in the lighter end of the spectrum, with a dusty, chalky gentleness that keeps it from becoming coral or terracotta-heavy. Compared to Earthworm, it's less grounded and less earthy, more airy and slightly more pink-leaning. Compared to Dusty Duchess, it keeps a clearer orange core instead of slipping fully into brown-beige. And compared to Clay, it's lighter and more misted, with less of that confident, saturated orange punch.
Use it when you want a pale orange accent that still feels intentional. It's great for dashboards and lifestyle apps as quiet highlights, section dividers, and secondary UI chips where you don't want ginger-peach lightness to feel too friendly or unsure. I also like it on product packaging for caps, label callouts, and category markers against creams and warm grays.
Pair with warm off-whites or oat neutrals; on cooler whites it can look a bit washed out, so let it share space with warmer surfaces.
