Dream Vapour
#cc99ee
Soft violet-lilac veil, cooler than Vintage Bloom
About Dream Vapour
Dream Vapour reads like a milky orchid mist that's been softened by daylight. It's clearly purple, but it doesn't hit as cool and clinical as Cold Lips, and it never slides into the rosy-lilac punch of Diva. Compared to Beefy Pink, it stays lighter and airier, with a smoother, less gray-mauve warmth.
I use this shade when I need a highlight or chip that feels light and floaty, not heavy. Think wellness and lifestyle product pages, onboarding tooltips, and settings screens where you want purple to feel dreamlike without fading into the background. It also works well in packaging photography for skincare and confection brands when the rest of the palette is pale and clean.
Pair it with crisp off-whites and soft periwinkle or lavender grays. If you put it next to warmer creams, Dream Vapour can start to look a touch more muted than you planned.
