Toast and Butter
#d2ad84
Toasted butter beige with clearer, warmer gold edge
About Toast and Butter
Toast and Butter looks like the highlight on warm bread, but it stays airy instead of going deep caramel. Compared to Sheaf, it's a touch more golden and noticeably more saturated, so it reads cheerful rather than controlled. It also has a softer sweetness than Porcini's drier, brown-leaning tone, and it doesn't carry Caramel Drizzle's tan weight.
I use Toast and Butter when the UI needs warmth that feels friendly at a glance: think form panels and section accents in e-commerce checkout, hospitality reservation cards, and product detail pages where you want to guide attention without competing with photos. It's the one you reach for when you want that toastiness to feel light and close to the surface, not grounded or muted.
Quirk: on very creamy whites it can shift slightly more yellow, so pair it with off-whites that have a hint of gray (or a cooler border) to keep the warmth crisp.
