Muffled White
#dadbe2
Soft gray-lavender haze, calmer and warmer than neighbors
About Muffled White
I keep noticing how Muffled White reads like a "fogged window" compared to the other light grays. It's clearly gray, but it doesn't tip warm or cool on you the way Big Fish to Fry can, and it doesn't drift toward that near-white neutrality like Delicate Cloud.
Use it when you want a light surface that still has structure, especially in dashboards and finance apps where panels need to feel clean without looking surgical. It's also a good fit for healthcare app screens, form backgrounds, and quiet modal layers where you want separation from white but not a tint fight.
Compared to Festive Ferret's slight purple lean, this one stays steadier and more muted, so it won't add personality to the layout. I'll pair it with charcoal UI text and mid grays for dividers, then let the content do the talking.
