Paella

Paella sits in that narrow band between sunlit yellow and ripe spice. Compared to the greener, softer Oh Em Ghee, this one feels punchier and more direct, not buttery. And unlike Finger Banana's lemon-clean fruitiness, Paella turns a touch more golden and grounded, with less of that fresh, watery edge.

What I like most is the balance: it's darker than the honeyed yellows, yet it doesn't go muddy the way a warm gold can on green backgrounds. It reads as a confident accent for dashboards and finance apps when you need a highlight that still looks food-real, not cafeteria-bright. I've used it for tier tags, promo counters, and map legend markers on logistics and retail screens where greens are already the main character. It also shows up well in CPG layouts and recipe media thumbnails without fighting the food palette.

Pair it with leaf greens, olive shadows, or sage so the gold stays warm, not sickly. If your nearby yellows trend toward mustard, add a cooler neutral buffer to keep Paella tasting like paella, not curry.
