Oh Em Ghee

Oh Em Ghee looks like a spoonful of ghee catching light on a kitchen counter, that buttery yellow with a green-leaning undertone. It's lighter than the honeyed golds next to it, but it's also more saturated than Egg Toast, so it doesn't fade into the background. Compared with Broom, it gives off a softer glow instead of that straightforward, warmer hit.

I use it when the UI needs attention without getting pushy. Think onboarding steps, ingredient or flavor badges on food and nutrition sites, and quick status pills in logistics dashboards where you want "notice me" but not urgency. It also works well on outdoor/garden category pages where the greens are already doing the heavy lifting.

Pair it with cool leaf greens, muted sage, or clean slate grays. If you drop it beside super warm creams, it can start to feel slightly sludgy, so keep contrast crisp with a cooler neighbor.
