Tomato Queen

Warm orange-red for balanced, confident highlights
About Tomato Queen
Tomato Queen is what I notice when an interface needs heat without drifting into the grittier orange-reds: it stays more tomato-clean than Furnace's ember weight and more moist than Matt Demon's matte dryness. It reads orange-forward, but the red undertone is tidy, not bruised, so it feels like a confident signal rather than a smoldering warning.
I reach for it in product interfaces where status needs to pop fast, like dashboards and finance apps that show failed transactions, retry prompts, and live action confirmations. Compared to Punch, Tomato Queen keeps its sweetness and clarity while avoiding that slightly sharper, traffic-light punch. It lands warm on white, holds its tone on light grays, and stays legible in dense UI.
Quick quirk: on very orange-heavy backgrounds it can feel a touch flattened. Give it a cooler neutral or a bit more spacing so it doesn't compete with its own warmth.
