Stardust

Soft dusty green-beige for airy, subdued palettes
About Stardust
I keep thinking of Stardust as the pale interior of a sesame cookie: creamy, soft, and light enough that it doesn't read like butter or bread crust. It's a warm green family color, but it's not the yellow-forward kind of warmth you get from Banana Frappé, and it doesn't go grey-dusty like Anise Biscotti.
Stardust sits in the sweet spot where it feels warmer than pure white yet still the one you reach for when you want a hint of green in the background without tipping into overt yellow. I use it in dashboards and finance apps, marketing emails, and quiet onboarding screens where the UI needs to look calm next to photos. Compared to Gratin Dauphinois, it's brighter and more softly green-leaning, so layouts feel lighter rather than gently baked.
If your typography is too cool, this shade can look a touch washed. I usually counter with charcoal or deep olive so that faint green undertone stays intentional, not accidental.
