About Ghost Lichen
Ghost Lichen splits the difference in a way the others don't quite manage. It's warmer and slightly more saturated than Frozen Civilization, but nowhere near as present as Distant Landscape, it lives in that narrow band where it actually reads as a color instead of a trick of the light, but it doesn't demand attention. You notice it's there. It just doesn't announce itself.
This is the one you reach for in health apps, reading interfaces, and minimal product dashboards where you need a soft background that won't fight with photography or type, and you want the hint of green to feel intentional rather than accidental. It's got more spine than Floaty Bubble without the warmth that makes Distant Landscape feel grounded in a particular mood. The pale green registers, but it doesn't anchor layouts the way the more saturated options do.
Pair it with cool neutrals and mid-tone type. Stack it with other pale greens and you'll lose edge fast, same as the others in this range. Where Ghost Lichen earns its keep is when you need softness that still holds its own, not quite invisible, not quite present, but honestly present.
