Golden Glitter Storm
#ead771
Warm gold chartreuse with soft glitter lift
About Golden Glitter Storm
I think of Golden Glitter Storm as that pale gold wash you see when sunlight hits fine sandpaper, not cream, not butter, and definitely not the softer, lighter feel of Celestial Crown. It reads more golden and more sparkly at a glance because the saturation is higher than the nearby creamier yellows, even while it stays light enough for UI backgrounds.
Compared to Delicate Lemon, it's less milky and more distinctly green-leaning, with a firmer warmth that doesn't float away on bright screens. Use it for dashboards and finance apps where you want panels, table striping, and section headers to hold their own against mid-charcoal text. It also works well in editorial product modules and SaaS settings where you want a pale backdrop that still feels "made," not accidental.
One note: because it's warm, it can start to look extra yellow beside cool mint or blue-greys. If the surrounding palette is very olive, consider balancing with deeper leaf greens or quieter warm neutrals so it stays crisp.
