Delicate Lemon
#eedd77
Lighter, cooler lemon chartreuse for airy section accents
About Delicate Lemon
I keep seeing Delicate Lemon as the moment sunlight hits the edge of fresh citrus on a white tablecloth. It's bright, but it never turns into the bold punch of a more classic yellow. Compared to Celestial Crown, it's not that in-between gold-cream lightness, it's noticeably lighter and airier, with a gentler, almost milky yellow tone.
In UI terms, this is the pale green-family background I use when I want readability without the page feeling stark. I reach for it in product dashboards, SaaS interfaces, and editorial platforms for cards, filter rails, and section headers where you want content to feel lifted, not boxed. It's also less hardware-leaning than Gold Grillz, so it won't feel like "polished highlights." And unlike Hippy, it has a calmer demeanor, more soft yellow-green warmth than playful chip-energy.
Pair it with deeper leaf greens or olive neutrals to keep it from floating off on bright displays. With cool greys that are too close in value, it can look a touch washed, so give it darker type or richer borders.
