Negroni
#eec7a2
Soft amber apricot with cooler, crisp warmth
About Negroni
Negroni reads like a light, toasted aperitif foam: more cream-peach than cookie-gold, and less chalky than Dusty Boots. On my screen it sits in the yellow family, but it comes across muted and slightly light on saturation, so it doesn't feel pastry or suede. Compared with Chai Latte, it's not "steeped" or browned, it stays cleaner and a touch brighter. And next to Fabulous Fawn, it feels warmer and more beige, not as consistently creamy.
I like Negroni for UI moments where you want warmth without the orange swing. It works well in food and beverage interfaces, recipe platforms, and wellness apps for card headers, ingredient callouts, and soft section backgrounds. You'll also see it doing the job in hospitality booking flows and beauty packaging mockups, especially when the photography already has punch. It behaves like a warm neutral backdrop: supportive, not dominant.
Quirk: if the display runs extra warm, it can tip toward peach. Pair it with warmer grays or deeper caramel accents so the page stays grounded, not snack-like.
