Pani Puri
#f4aa53
Saffron-orange medium warmth for neutral UI blocks
About Pani Puri
Pani Puri reads like a street-side burst of citrus-gold, but it's smoother and lighter than the deeper, more "earned" honey tones around it. Compared to Artisans Gold, it's less weighty and less restrained. Compared to Goldfish, it's more golden than apricot, with a brighter, nearly tangy top note rather than a peachy softness. It also stays more wheat-warm than Deep Fried, which feels toastier and more earthy.
I like Pani Puri for UI moments where you need quick, snack-bright emphasis without sliding into orange heat. Use it for promo chips, coupon banners, cart micro-highlights, and category tabs in food, hospitality, and quick-serve ordering flows. It also works in packaging windows and limited-run labels, especially when the rest of the brand is charcoal or cool gray. It's the kind of shade you can trust for dashboards and menu surfaces that update often, because it reads clearly on light layouts but still feels tactile.
Watch the temperature next to stark white. On glossy stocks, it can look a bit too cheerful, so add a darker type layer or a muted beige buffer for balance.
